I am happy with this site. It is done and live.
Things to note:
- The Join button in the main nav is cool.
- This is an extremely clean and automated WP custom template
- I like cars.

Things to note:
Ah, so, I liked this design, but this site kind of dissolved into the ether after a few months. I still sort of like it. The central logo is neat, and I enjoy the layout, with the exception of that godawful gradient. T’was ahead of its time design-wise, although now it is just kind of with its time… sorta.
Messing around with SVG, in preparation for introducing it to the team at FindLaw:

WordPress is pretty cool.
The Airport Foundation site was a long time ago, and I had a good amount of time in the interim to mess around with WordPress a LOT. I did. I understand now why it sits on the top of the heap as far as CMSs go, since there are a ridiculous number of levels to it. Learning how to use it has been extremely interesting and complex and frustrating and enlightening.
I made a good script. I know, weird. I feel firmly planted in the intermediate area of the beginner section of this crud these days, and this jQuery script was super easy to build. Nothing actually fancy here, just a well working script and nice fancy happy Adam.
The (hopefully) first annual Web Plunge had me working on the new site for the Airport Foundation, with great gusto and fury. It was interesting and challenging, since I had only dabbled with WordPress in the past. Lessons were learned, and I am extremely appreciative that my first real experience with WP was aided by some folks that know the platform really well. It is complex, powerful, and confusing.
